Wieso zeitaufwendig? Ich starte die Windows Suchfunktion. Kopiere den String
und lösche dann nach "Strg-A" alle gefundenen Dateien. CCleaner und Co arbeiten
auch nicht schneller. Aber vielleicht habe ich mich auch schon so sehr an diese
Suche gewöhnt, da es vor Jahren diese ganzen "Cleaner" ja noch nicht gab.
