Der(die) Fehler scheinen ziemlich komplex zu sein. Corel sucht schon länger eine Lösung, aber Microsoft und so weiter....

I see that you are still having the same issue with 18.Q1 drivers as well and it is much worse compared to 17.q4.1 drivers.
However, you are not having any issue on another workstation with same graphic card but Windows 1703 build.
This seems like driver compatibility issue with Windows latest build and AMD drivers. I request you to roll back to previous build of Windows and install the latest drivers as of now.
Meanwhile, I will report this issue internally so that they can investigate it further and fix the issue.
